El Paso's Flotilla 21 is an active component working in conjunction with other Auxiliary flotillas in the area. It performs routine patrols at Elephant Butte lake in New Mexico. The Auxiliary performs free courtesy boat exams on recreational boats and strives to educate the general public on safe boating practices and useful seamanship skills.
